OUR PROCESS
Step 1
Harvesting from the Himalayas
Shilajit is carefully collected from rocky crevices in the Himalayan mountains, often at altitudes of 16,000 to 18,000 feet. This natural resin oozes from layers of decomposed plant matter that have been compressed for centuries. Skilled local harvesters trek to these high altitudes during specific seasons to gather the raw, tar-like substance by hand.
Step 2
Initial Purification (Water Soaking)
The raw Shilajit is soaked in natural spring or glacier water to soften it. During this stage, sand, dirt, and other physical impurities settle at the bottom, while the resin dissolves in water. This helps separate the pure material from stones, debris, and insoluble waste.
Step 3
Filtration and Sun-Drying
The Shilajit solution is filtered multiple times using cloth or fine mesh to remove finer impurities. The filtered liquid is then sun-dried at low temperatures to preserve its mineral content. This slow drying process allows the resin to thicken and concentrate naturally, without losing its active compounds.
Step 4
Final Resin Extraction & Testing
